The Beauty-n-Black Fitness Expo is designed to empower Women of Color to choose to live healthier lifestyles.  The expo is a Cultural, Fun and Exciting event offering Health Screenings, Workshops/ Fitness Classes/Hair-Beauty Makeovers/Cooking Demos.  We connect the women with local resources for continued opportunities for services and programs within their cities.
